1. Refunds for Bus Cancellations
- If a bus operator cancels the trip, the full booking amount will be refunded to you within 3-4 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the booking.
2. Refunds for Customer Cancellations
- If you cancel your booking within the allowed cancellation period specified during the booking process, the refund will be initiated immediately at the time of cancellation.
- The refunded amount will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please note that any applicable cancellation fees imposed by the bus operator will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by the Bus Operator: As mentioned above, the full amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation by the Customer: Refunds will follow the conditions mentioned in Section 2.
- Duplicate Bookings: If multiple bookings for the same trip were made accidentally, contact us immediately for a refund.
- Payment Errors: In case of a failed payment where your account is debited, we will review the transaction and process a refund if applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the cancellation request is made after the operator’s cancellation deadline.
- If the customer fails to reach the boarding point on time.
- If delays or rescheduling occur due to unforeseen circumstances, as per the operator’s policy.
5. Refund Process
- Initiation: Refunds are initiated as per the scenarios outlined in Sections 1 and 2.
- Processing Time: Refunds for operator cancellations are processed within 3-4 working days, while refunds for customer cancellations are processed at the time of cancellation.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Customer Support: If you face any issues, our team is here to assist you.
6. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees, if any, are determined by the respective bus operator and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
